Bright Wings

Compassionate, thoughtful and perceptive, Kerry is aware that he is different to most other young men. It is only after a series of life-changing events, however, that he realises how different he really is. When Kerry makes the sudden decision to enter the priesthood, he does not realise that his whole world is about to change. During his training, he meets people who provide him with friendship, support, intellectual challenges and a new sense of purpose. Although the training does not go as planned, Kerry quickly learns that when one door closes, another one is opened. His desire to help others leads him across the world, to displaced and endangered communities, and finally, to love. He experiences joy, but he also struggles though the darkest of times. Eventually, Kerry gains confidence and realises, that regardless of circumstances, the bright wings of the spirit enfold the whole of life with love...
