At our Shop:

We aim to ensure that Friends House is accessible and welcoming to all. We are committed to doing what we can to ensure that your visit is as easy and enjoyable as possible. Guests with wheelchairs or mobility issues are advised to make themselves known to reception on arrival.  

Blue badge parking 

There are three designated on-street parking bays for blue badge holders in Endsleigh Gardens. 

Entering the building 

You can enter the reception via the garden, from either Euston Road or Endsleigh Gardens. It has step-free access. The Quaker Bookshop /Seed Cafe entrance on Euston Road has eight steps with handrails along both sides, although the steps are quite steep. The Quaker Bookshop /Seed Cafe has step-free access via reception. 

Assistance dogs 

Registered guide, assistance, and support dogs are welcome. 

Signage 

There is clear signage throughout the building to help you find your way around. Our staff are happy to provide assistance. 

Toilets 

Accessible toilets with baby-changing facilities can be found at the following locations: 

  • Ground floor, next to The Light auditorium. 
  • First floor, off of the landing towards the Marjorie Sykes room. 
  • Second floor, on the landing, opposite the stairs/lift.
