Do you stock all the books on your website? Are all the books available?

At any time we have approximately 20,000 different titles in stock.  To offer the widest range possible to our customers, we also list every book we expect to be able to source easily.  Where we do not have a book in stock, we will order it from the publisher or wholesaler.  Although we strive to keep all the information on the website up to date, we may find that a book is temporarily unavailable, or has gone out of print. If there will be any delay in fulfilling your order we will contact you by email.

Are the prices the same online as in your shops?

We do our best to keep prices the same but with so many books involved, complete accuracy is not always possible. Where there is a discrepancy, we will charge you the lower of the two prices.

We are an independent bookshop. The prices applied are the same in the shop and online and it is charged in UK pounds £. The overseas orders will be charged in their respective currencies, based on current exchange rates. When you submit your order, you will be charged for the current prices of the items. Prices presented exclude postage and packing. Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices presented inclusive of VAT where applicable (books are currently zero-rated).
