An Odd Ode

'Poetry for Parkinson's' is selling 'An Odd Ode - or two' in aid of Parkinson's UK. Anne compiled this book to raise much needed funds to further research into this neurological condition that her mother lived with 10 years. All the poems were written by Anne's mother, and most of them are about the difficulties she faced as she coped with living with Parkinson's. She was still writing at age 90 a few weeks before she died. The poems are light-hearted;and give insight into what it is like living with the disease, or of living with any debilitatind degenerative disease. The book is intended both for those affected by the disease and for those who care for them.
