A quaker family's history from 1660 to the present day.
Antony Barlow, one of the five children of Ralph and Joan Barlow, is the descendant of one of the oldest Quaker families, whose ancestor James Lancaster was one of The Society of Friends founder George Fox's, closest advisors. It is James Lancaster's Bible dated 1616 which still shows evidence of the water stains acqired when he dropped it crossing Morecambe sands fleeing persecution in 1660 that has enabled him to piece together the story of this old family.
