Guided visualisation is a method to develop children's spiritual awareness, imagination and curiosity. This book provides twelve ready-made visualisations for teachers to pick up and use, with supporting notes. Six are based on stories about Jesus, and six on stories told by Jesus. Each of the twelve units in the book contains: a note on QCA levels,attainment target descriptors, background to the lesson, a short extract from the Bible, points for discussion,introduction to the 'visualisation', the 'visualisation', in the form of a story-poem, questions for reflection, and, suggestions for activities.
