In this pamphlet, Rhiannon Grant reflects on her experience in the British Quaker community, paying particular attention to the dynamics of privilege and oppression, and calls for a more radical form of welcome. This will mean going beyond inviting people to be guests; it means allowing them to be members of the household in order to make our communities more fully inclusive and equitable.
